Edmonton, along with a lot of Alberta, has had a cold snap! After enduring a week-long deep freeze (the longest since the 90’s!) which looks to go for 12 days we were craving some outdoor time! We bundled up and braved the -20 temperatures for this festival and it was so worth it! The Flying Canoe Volant festival celebrates French-Canadian, First Nations and Métis cultures.
